T here’s that word again - “heavy.” Why are things so heavy in the future? Is there a problem with the Earth’s gravitational pull?

I had a conversation with someone recently where I made the point that the original BTTF is more than a little too rape- y when viewed in a 2019 context . And I hate that I think this now because I love the movie.
